Marking a special milestone for ‘Estuary’ in Leopold Geelong, purchasers Amy Donnan and Luke Murray have successfully taken the development to its 100th land sale. Purchasing in stage 2B, Amy and Luke are looking forward to moving to Estuary.
"We are very excited to have purchased at Estuary, being in such a great location we are looking forward to living here," Amy said.
"We love that Villawood’s Estuary is being developed in a quiet position, off the main roads, but still close enough to the shopping centre and nearby amenity – and being so close to the lake, we'll be able to walk to there from our new home.
"We have already selected a builder and are going through the plans at the moment - we can't wait to move in," Amy said.
