The Villawood Difference - Green Living Villawood Properties is committed to furthering our own and our residents’ awareness and understanding of the growing need for improved ecological practices. This has led to the development of a range of initiatives including the Villawood Green Guide, ecological wetlands, treatment of landscaping to reduce water consumption, and more. In 2003 we led the industry with the introduction of the Green Guide, well before the five star energy rating was introduced by the Victorian State Government and received several awards for it. We are committed to continue to lead by example and take the initiative with innovative environmental solutions, all in a bid to help keep our planet clean and green for our future generations.
