Making a move into NSW

As part of our expansion across Australia’s eastern seaboard, Villawood has recently acquired its first land parcel in New South Wales. Located in Sydney’s north, the 60 hectare site in Schofields marks Villawood’s first foray into the NSW market.

A projected $240 million project, the new development will comprise a range of land allotments and will incorporate the proposed Schofield train station. The NSW government has identified the area of Schofields as a region of particular growth; the site is currently undergoing rezoning which is expected for approval during 2011.
