New projects launch

This year has seen a wave of new projects for Villawood Properties. With two new developments now on the market, including ‘Essencia’ in Queensland and ‘Pasadena’ in south eastern Melbourne, Villawood is continuing to achieve strong sales success in new regions.

Essencia

In an exciting new move, Villawood has launched into the Queensland market with its latest project Essencia at Northside. Located 35 minutes north of Brisbane, Essencia is the first of a series of projects Villawood is set to commence in Queensland. Comprising 260 land lots as well as a series of parks and reserves, stage one launched during July and has already achieved strong sales success.

Pasadena

Located in Melbourne’s highly sought-after south eastern growth corridor, Villawood’s new Victorian-based project Pasadena launched during August to great success. Comprising 330 land lots in Clyde, Pasadena is set across 26 hectares of beautifully undulating land with views toward the Dandenong Ranges. Already sparking great enquiry from home buyers, the new community in Clyde incorporates a variety of land lots and will include a home display village.
