By referring a friend or family member to live in a Villawood Properties community you could be rewarded. 

When the friend or family member you referred purchases a property direct from Villawood in any one of our award winning communities, you will receive $250.

When referring, simply click on the ‘Refer a Friend Online’ to fill out the Villawood Properties Referral Form online, or download the PDF form. Please note referrals must be registered prior to purchase.

Once your referred friend’s lot has settled, please contact Villawood Properties with the referred person's details to claim your reward.
